Devotion is word of power. This modern age is full of globe-homo motivation, but motivation is fleeting. It’s just feel good bullshit that maybe motivates you to workout once or twice, but like New Years “Resolutions” it’s left to rot. Discipline is better. Devotion is similar to an iron discipline. Life can happen however and discipline can lax over time. It’s a strong mindset in the beginning. But, training should be for life. This isn’t something you do for 30 days or until you reach your goal. What is your life over because you dropped 10lbs?
Hell yes, I trained. I trained yesterday, I trained today, and be damned sure I will train tomorrow.
