Ancient Greece and Rome are seen as the origin of all western peoples. By blood or culture, we are inseparable from them. They are the standard in which we measure ourselves. Almost all our knowledge about the way of the world and natural law can be gained by studying them. They were viscerally connected to nature and followed the Golden Path unto glory. Their lessons learned are still relevant today.
