Naturalized Christians and the OG “Liberal Democracy”
"The third of these ideas is the one I wish particularly to present; because perhaps it may be new to you, whether or not acceptable. It is the idea that the most characteristic qualities of our civilization are produced by the discordance between its people and its religion; this discordance causing a constant state of strain, which generates great energies and many confusions.” -Robinson Jeffers
Entropid(@ressurec_ted), fren on twatter, asked for quotes and passages that moved you to embrace “the struggle.” For me, there are too many, I can write essay or short book on the quotes that moved me early on. What I want to speak on today which is related to the prompt is one of the passages that moved me while doing research for the Warrior Religion project. Robinson Jeffers wrote on religion in a way that moved me. He was a man who was very much PAGAN in his beliefs, but he recognized that the imposition of Christianity on the West had created something great. Now this is something that would send the neopagan into a tirade. In a biography called The Stone Mason of Tor House, you can find Jeffers’ commentary on what he sees as the religious discordance of Western man and how this discordance made him great.
The reason I bring up Jeffers idea of religious discordance is that is that I believe what we’re seeing appear today are what Nietzsche and BAP on his show number 111 call “naturalized Christians.” What is a naturalized Christian? It’s best to go over Jeffers idea of religious discordance to understand. For Jeffers, Paganism was natural to man. Ideas such as justice, vengeance, pride, patriotism, honor, and the Will to Power are fundamentally Pagan virtues. Through Christian conversion, western man is introduced to foreign ideals such as universal love, humility, equality, and non-resistance. The Western man trying to settle the religious discordance in his mind becomes a force of nature upon the world.
What’s happened in our time is the de-privileging of the Christian religion while at the same time, the Christian morality is naturalized. This is what we call leftism today. They are Christian fanatics who don’t buy into God or Christ, but buy into the moral value system which they then try to impose upon the world. You’re seeing people who don’t have that religious discordance Jeffers spoke about. Rather, they are natural Christians just as our ancestors were natural Pagans. This is something terrible to think about. It is Nietzsche’s last man become real.
Now there is a distinction to be made. There is a difference between these natural Christians and believing Christians. The argument can be made that many of the believing Christians still hold that religious discordance in their hearts whereas the natural Christians which you can group in the left, as well as, the churches who have abandoned the teachings of Christ to cater to leftism. The believing Christians are allies in the Holy War to come, perhaps they can redeem their religion and bring glory to God. The natural Christians, however, make up the host of the enemy. I descend from Protestant Christians who conquered the new world and my belief in ANCESTOR WORSHIP and REVERENCE, I’m honored to fight alongside Christians that keep to that tradition, but ultimately, my beliefs are different.
These naturalized Christians have completed the path of conversion. They no longer have the religious discordance Jeffers talks about. They’ve lost their natural instincts through the advancement of civilization and technology. They are dangerous because they are a mass that can be easily manipulated by their elites. As Napoleon said, quantity has a quality all of its own. There’s a very rightist belief in the power of aristocracy, the problem however, is the right doesn’t have any elites of worth. Elites who can move the bar. The purpose of our side today is such foundation building.
You must travel across a line over an abyss as Nietzsche says. Yes, you must strive for excellence, to be elite. To become a man of power, you must also recognize the danger of the mass. The danger of the army of the deformed and the kingdom of darkness. To that end, I want to talk about what I believe and more about interesting book just published called Selective Breeding and the Birth of Philosophy which makes clear the fight we have ahead.
