What It Means to Be A Warrior

I believe in the Warrior Religion. Do you?

Do you even know what it means to be a warrior? The way of the warrior — the religion of the warrior — has been corrupted in the last millennium.

Nietzsche reminds us what a warrior is. What the free man is.

“My Concept of Freedom.—Sometimes the value of a thing does not lie in that which it helps us to achieve, but in the amount we have to pay for it,—what it costs us. Regarded more closely, it is war which produces these results, war in favour of liberal institutions, which, as war, allows the illiberal instincts to subsist. For war trains men to be free. What in sooth is freedom? Freedom is the will to be responsible for ourselves. It is to preserve the distance which separates us from other men. To grow more indifferent to hardship, to severity, to privation, and even to life itself. To be ready to sacrifice men for one's cause, one's self included. Freedom denotes that the virile instincts which rejoice in war and in victory, prevail over other instincts; for instance, over the instincts of "happiness." The man who has won his freedom, and how much more so, therefore, the spirit that has won its freedom, tramples ruthlessly upon that contemptible kind of comfort which tea-grocers, Christians, cows, women, Englishmen and other democrats worship in their dreams. The free man is a warrior.—” -Nietzsche

This quote from Nietzsche is immensely dear to my heart. It is ancient knowledge kept from us by powerful men seeking to consolidate power. The age of democratic warfare has forsaken the rites of the warrior.

Do you know what a warrior really is? He is not the soldier. The soldier is a warrior made to serve a master who gives little to nothing in return. He’s made to fight and die for FALSE doctrines.

Serving nation and country is the domain of the soldier. He mimics the necessary qualities of the warrior, but he does so at the expense of his freedom.

The Warrior Religion is the ancient faith. The eternal tradition. The primordial truth. It is how our ancestors conquered the planet. It is not the way of service or the duty to state.

In today’s world, you are made thrall to the state to learn the ways of the warrior. The ancients were NOT forced to do this. It is a NECESSARY slavery a man must endure to learn what it truly takes to be free.

Just as Heracles gave ten years in service to The Gods to atone for his crime. We too, must offer up years to learn the rites of the Warrior Religion as it expresses itself in the state.

But it is of VITAL importance to have the right mind as you take the right action.

The warrior is not a “selfless servant” of the state. This is a pipe dream. Propaganda of the regime to convince a people to die for the ends of their masters.

The warrior is a free man. A SOVEREIGN. A warrior is closer to what we would see as a private military contractor or mercenary today. He is NOT a servant.

It might seem more noble to be this servant. This man of “duty.” Certainly, it might bring peace to the man who undertakes this path, but it is a fake peace. What he really becomes is a man of ignorance.

He becomes a man who carries out the WILL of another. He sacrifices himself, not to himself, but to what he sees as a noble idea, the men he becomes “of service to,” see it as an increase of power toward whatever goal he may have.

Do NOT choose false nobility over the reality of nature.

You cannot escape nature. You cannot escape nature’s cruel holiness. To fane ignorance is to leave your race and bloodline in the hands of those might not even like you. They might even hate you.
