A Message to the Lefties
Comrades,
Yes, hello. This is not attack.
I believe society needs right and left. There is noble qualities in both. Right now, you on the left is at high alert, DEFCON-1 because Trump must be stopped. I would challenge you to take a step back. It’s important ability to have, to stop and look ahead, to see what’s about to happen.
I don’t ask you to see our side. I ask only that you take time out of your day to treat yo’ self as normies would say. In these trying times, it’s important to take care of yourself, to be as strong and healthy as you can.
You can do this by:
- 10k steps a day, preferably outside
- Try to get 30-60 mins of sun. Practice solar rites!
- Follow some kind of bodybuilding program
- Take one step to eating healthier. Add healthy food and/or remove bad habit
These are simple habits everyone can do. Everyone can make time for, even with jobs and kids. I take my son on walks and he watches me train. Important for younger generation to see their parents take care of themselves. My parents gave up early and I—and my siblings—took notice, lost respect.
Devotion to self is highest virtue. You cannot help others if you first cannot help yourself. These habits will give you more energy to accomplish your goals and activism. It seems like a lot, I understand, but there is nothing more invigorating than long walks outside. You must trust me on this.
Do not make some big diet change. Just make one change to diet. Remove something bad or add something good. Maybe you should just focus on something simple like protein during every meal or remove ice cream desert. Make one good habit you can stick to.
Try this out. Do it for 30 days or 90 days. Come back to me and tell me what changed about you.
